For Wes

Here are some of Jay playing with Mama Ross in the beach...they go with the ones below but I couldn't get them to group together.
For some reason, he decided Sunny's legs were there for him to pull and prod and wrap around himself for about 15 minutes.
Playing with Papa's hat
Since we weren't taking the float out he thought he'd just chill out inside for a while.
...And drink the rest of Papa's coffee.
Jay and 4 pretty girls on the beach...every little boy's dream
Sunny, Marla, and Carrie took him out in the ocean and he loved the waves moving him around...I couldn't catch it on camera but he cracked up every time a wave would come.
Passed out on the beach with Papa Tim
This was yesterday morning when Mama Ross and I took him to play in the waves for the first time this week...I think he might be part-fish.
Still chillin in his float
Watching Papa Tim spray the door
Fishing with Sunny! He is a natural.
Following everyone down the pier
His first night on the pier with everyone, walking around with Uncle Larry
Here are some random pictures from the last day or two. We are in Mexico Beach and, so far, we haven't seen any oil. It rained off and on yesterday which means we were running back and forth from the beach to the condo but, per the weather man, it is supposed to be dry and sunny the rest of the week. So in a little while I am going to take this camp outside and not move until sundown! It is wonderful having an endless supply of babysitters and Jay is having a ball with everyone fighting over who can spoil him the most. So we are having a great time but I wish Wes could be here. And since he can't, I am putting up all of the pictures I have so he can see everything...sorry to everyone else who may not be as into seeing every detail of Jay's adventures. ;)

  1. Sorry Wes could not be there but I have enjoyed the pictures as much as Wes. Enjoy every minute because you will be back to the real world soon. Tell the Ross clan we said hello.

  2. Love the pictures! Our little one's are so similar from the sippy cups they drink from and the fun quirks they have. We had to leave daddy at home too while we went to the beach. Kind of sad...but hopefully we can take many more in the future to make up for these years. Miss you tons!
